Hi , *re 👩‍💻 Online Pilates*. I hope this message finds you well ... it is a good while back since I stopped the Tuesday evening classes ... and to be honest I kind of miss it, the participants that came for a long long time, the atmosphere and so on ... yet live goes on.

? Have you found or tried another class or classes in the meantime?

*I started to "Live-stream"* two local classes that I teach in various community & parish centres. So various people can join in online, and there are others in the venue/hall with me at the same time. It is a slightly different challenge for in terms of teaching.

🤔 So I wonder *if you might be interested or available in joining one of those classes either regularly or on a drop-in basis???*🤔

👉 (1) *Tues 10am-11am* - Over 40s/50s
👉 (2) *Fri 10am--11am* - that the official Over 60s/70s
