Martin’s three Mens Pilates and Core Strength, Conditioning Classes 

  1. are small, 8-10 participants max. and

  2. take place in the greater South Dublin 1. Dundrum2. Sandyford, 3. Belarmine, Leopardstown, close to Stepaside, near Aiken Village, Kilternan, Ballinteer, Carrickmines, Cabinteely, Foxrock, Churchtown, Stillorgan, Foxrock, Dublin 14, Dublin 16, Dublin 18, D14, D16 and D18.

  3. all fitness levels, abilities and ages are welcome! The current age of class participants ranges from
    early/mid-30s to mid-70s. I’m teaching Pilates & Core Strength courses and various other fitness and exercise classes since 2002.

  4. The Mens Pilates Classes are 60min in duration, with a 15 min break in between classes two classes are taught back to back.

  5. You can pay online, cash or via IBAN Transfer (details are available on request).

  6. The classes take place:

    6.1. Tuesday 8.00pm - Taney Parish Centre
    Dundrum, near Goatstown and the LUAS Bridge

    6.2. Wednesday 6.30pm - Belarmine Community Centre
    Belarmine Plaza, Sandyford, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, near Stepaside, Sandyford Village, Dublin 18

    6.3. Thursday 6.30pm - Sandyford Community Centre:
    in Dublin 18, near the Sandyford M50 exit, the Sandyford Industrial Estate, Sandyford Village, Dublin 18

    Suitable for Beginners - Beginners to Intermediate Level - Progression, you should ideally have done Pilates before if you
    want to join this class. I assume you don’t have any back issues or other issues.

  4. Classes are small, places are limited to 8-10 participants per class. Bookings are taken on a “first come first serve basis”.

  5. Fee - Cost: buy  a block of classes here.
