New *Monday Evening* Pilates Class starting 7th November 2022

We are starting a new Monday 7-8pm Pilates Class in Dundrum ( just a few minutes walk from the Dundrum LUAS Bridge - the old Dundrum shopping centre ).

  1. This 6-week Pilates Course start on Monday 7th November 2022

  2. The class takes place in Taney Parish Centre, Dundrum, in Training Room 1 - with the beautiful, big round window.

  3. There is a maximum of 8 participants.

  4. All levels, ages, women and men are welcome.

  5. It is / will be a Beginners to Intermediate Pilates Class

  6. Payment options are: (1) IBAN transfer, (2) Credit/debit card or (3) cash.

  7. Bookings are taken on a First-Come-First -Serve Basis
