Currently, in March & April 2024, I’m teaching one Live-Online Pilates Class ( virtual Pilates class ) on

Friday mornings 10am to 11am.

All other classes are local, in-person Pilates classes in the greater south Dublin area, in the Dundrum, Churchtown, Dublin 14, Dublin 16 area and in Sandyford, Leopardstown, Stepaside, Kilternan, Dublin 18 area. Find a full Pilates Class timetable here.

I'm in the process of reviewing my class teaching timetable and might offer an additional

1. Evening Class ( possibly on a Monday, i.e. 6.30pm or 7pm) or

2. a shorter Lunchtime Class (30-45min), i.e. 12:00pm to 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 13:00pm

   on a Monday or Tuesday.
